Yogurt Vs Coke

Many types of yogurt contain more sugar than Coca-Cola does.
Out of yogurt or Coke®, the sugar content in yogurt -- particularly
varieties with fruit or other flavorings -- is often higher than the sugar
content in Coke®. A standard 12-ounce (475-milliliter) can of Coca-Cola®
contains 39 grams of sugar. The same amount of yogurt -- usually two
packaged single-serving containers of yogurt -- that contains fruit or
other flavorings can contain more than 40 grams of sugar. Plain yogurt has
significantly less sugar than its fruit-flavored counterparts, at about 14
grams per 12 ounces (475 mL), with most of those calories occurring
naturally and not added.
