'I am so grateful for my new family!' Jessica Simpson celebrates Maxwell's first Turkey Day with cute Thanksgiving card

Jessica Simpson had a lot to be grateful for this Thanksgiving as she and fiancé Eric Johnson celebrated their daughter Maxwell’s first Turkey Day.
And the singer turned fashion designer appears to be well aware of her good fortune.
In honour of the holiday, the 32-year-old created a special Thanksgiving card which she shared with her 5.7million plus followers on Twitter.

The card showed two gorgeous pictures of Eric and six-month-old Maxwell, which appear to have been lifted from the family album.
In a black and white shot Eric carries the youngster in a baby sling, while in another snap he holds his daughter in one arm.
The gorgeous child is wrapped up warm in a red parka jacket along with grey leggings and miniature Ugg boots.

Jessica creatively placed the two images on a burgundy background and added a white scrawl of the words ‘Happy Thanksgiving ‘.
She shared the card on her official website and Twitter page with the message: ‘I am so grateful for my new lil family! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!’
It seems Jessica had cropped herself out of one of the images.


The star showed off a trimmer figure over the weekend after dropping a reported 60lbs.
